Policies

  • We send reminder text messages to each of our clients 2 days before a scheduled appointment using the information on file. Please be sure to inform us of any change of personal information such as phone numbers, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and any other pertinent information.

  • We ask that each client make every effort to be on-time to their appointment. If a client is late, we may need to reschedule the appointment for another day and time so that other scheduled clients are still attended to respectfully.

  • If you fail to notify us of your need to cancel or reschedule within 24-hours of your appointment date, you will be charged a $50.00 Cancellation/No Show fee.

  • Our treatments and services are performed on an elective basis and are considered cosmetic in nature, we do not accept or bill insurance.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

  • We also offer financing through Cherry Financing. You can apply online for the credit line here. The application process is quick, with a soft credit check, and provides an instant credit decision.

  • We do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, clients must understand and accept this condition.

  • Skincare products may be returned within ten days of purchase with the original sales receipt if there is an allergic reaction and exchanged for an alternate product or clinic credit based on the recommendations of the esthetician.

  • Services are sold in packages which improve outcomes. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, we will credit the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price.  You may use the credit to purchase other services or products offered at North Valley Wellness.

  • We do not accept walk-in appointments. All appointments regarding services, finances, clinical and administrative need to be scheduled with the consultant responsible for that area.

  • For safety reasons, we ask that arrangements be made for supervision for any child under the age of 12. Children of any age are not permitted in laser treatment rooms.

  • If you refer a new patient to us and they subsequently purchase a service or products of $250 or more, you will receive a $25 credit on your account to be used towards any purchase.

  • VIP Monthly Memberships must be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Unused memberships cannot be refunded. You may use the unused service as a credit for future services or products.
